Hot water issues at critical times!!! Noisy cleaning staff early in the morning!!! Maintenance updates were desperately needed throughout the hotel!!! Significant odor problems lingered in the common areas!!!

We had a comfy, spacious room with a mega warm bed and good cosmetics. But the shower leaked everywhere, which kinda dampened the vibe, ya know?

Exceptional stay in a well-decorated room that had a lovely view and high ceilings. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the location made it easy to explore.

The stylish modern decor made me feel like royalty! Each detail was thoughtfully designed, especially the delightful seating areas that were welcoming for seniors wanting to unwind after a busy day in Berlin.

More accessible seating would be wonderful.

Cozy room, friendly staff, the room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom including a fantastic shower that had great water pressure, and there was free Wi-Fi available which operated at a good speed.

Oh, Berlin is a culinary treasure trove! I savored some knockout dishes at nearby spots like Pisco Peru, an absolute gem for fresh ceviche and delectable pisco cocktails right around the corner. Plus, I was thrilled to find a comfy room with a king-sized bed that had an espresso machine for my caffeine fix. Can’t start my day without that! Amazing ambiance in the courtyard too, perfect for some chill coffee moments.

But, not everything was sunshine and roses! Upon check-in, I saw the Small Double Room was ridiculously cold at 8 degrees, and the heating didn't quite do the trick. The upgrade brought me to a slightly better room, but the TV was on a permanent snooze—totally out of order. What’s a stay without a little entertainment, right? Not offering a complimentary breakfast after all that hassle felt like a missed opportunity.

This place was an excellent fit for a swift stopover in Berlin with value for money. The mini bar prices were surprisingly reasonable, making it easy to grab a snack or drink without breaking the bank. Check out the nearby café for a great start to your day.
